THAI YOGA MASSAGE
I use my hands, elbows, knees, legs and feet to move and guide you through a series of yoga-like stretches. I also apply deep muscle compressions, acupressure points (using the meridians) and mobilize the joints.
Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor.
