THAI YOGA MASSAGE

I use my hands, elbows, knees, legs and feet to move and guide you through a series of yoga-like stretches. I also apply deep muscle compressions, acupressure points (using the meridians) and mobilize the joints.

Thai Yoga Massage is performed on a mat on the floor.

It is a complete body treatment that relieves muscle tension, improves blood circulation, strengthens the immune system and balances the body energetically.
